Nancy Drew Files Vol. 1 ~ Details, Covert Art, and Synopsis

Simon and Schuster is releasing volumes with 3 Nancy Drew Files in each of them. The first one up has the start of the series and the following two, #1 Secrets Can Kill, #2 Deadly Intent, #3 Murder on Ice. The first book in this particular series won’t be liked by Nancy and Ned fans. So you might want to skip reading that one should you get Nancy Drew Files Vol. 1. These books are all available individually as ebooks as well. I got #3 Murder on Ice and I’m looking forward to reading it. 🙂 Don’t forget, you can get these from the library, too! 🙂 Also, you might want to check out the info on Nancy Drew Files Vol. 2 ~ Details, Covert Art, and Synopsis.

Synopsis From Publisher:

The world’s favorite teen detective is back, and she’s on the case. Keep up with Nancy Drew in this thrilling collection of mysteries full of intrigue, boys, and murder.

In Secrets Can Kill, Nancy goes undercover to investigate the elusive thief stalking the nighttime halls of Bedford High. With her inside contact, gorgeous senior Daryl Gray, Nancy attempts to uncover the dangerous secrets that run deep at Bedford, but soon it’s a whole new game—a game called murder. And Nancy is the killer’s next target.

In Deadly Intent, Nancy is ready to rock out at a concert in New York City—but the band’s lead guitarist vanishes minutes before they’re set to go on stage. Nancy and her boyfriend Ned investigate, and their list of suspects leads them to a conspiracy that threatens to shake the entire music industry.

In Murder on Ice, Nancy and Ned head to a ski resort to rekindle their romance. But instead of love, they find deadly peril. Can Nancy find the killer, before an avalanche of murder buries them all?

Regarding the first sentence in the synopsis, for me, my favorite teen detectives are Frank and Joe Hardy – but, Nancy is great, too. 😎 Cool cover. 🙂
